Candidates must fulfill conditions of nationality as laid down by the Government of India.Indian Nevy SSC Officer Bharati 2023 Selected candidates will undergo training for respective branches/cadres/ specializations as under: The Indian Navy is a well-balanced and cohesive three-dimensional force, capable of operating above, on and under the surface of the oceans, efficiently safeguarding our national interests. The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) exercises operational and administrative control of the Indian Navy from the Integrated Headquarters of Ministry of Defense (Navy). Indian Navy SSC Officer Recruitment 2023 for 242 post ,in this article discuss of Applications are invited from eligible unmarried men and unmarried women candidates for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) for course commencing Jan 2024 onwards at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala

NCC Candidates-preference given to NCC Candidate who have “C” Certificate.

Selection Process:

Shortlisting of application will be based on normalized marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree. Candidates who have completed or in final year of BE/B Tech, marks obtained upto fifth semester will be considered for SSB shortlisting. Post-Graduate Degree Programme. For candidates who have completed MSc, MCA, MBA, M Tech, marks obtained in all semesters will be considered. For candidates who are in final year, shortlisting will be based on pre-final year performance. Candidates selected in the final merit list will be required to submit the proof of completing the qualifying degree with minimum 60% marks by sending an email at the address. Shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for SSB interview through e-mail or SMS .Details of SSB procedure are available on Indian Navy website

Merit list will be prepared based on SSB marks for all entries as per availability of vacancies and medical clearance for respective entry. Candidates declared fit in medical examination would be appointed as per availability of vacancies in the entry.

 

About Training in Indian Navy

Candidates will be inducted in the rank of Sub Lieutenant subject to clearing of induction medical examination at INA post reporting. Only unmarried candidates are eligible for training. Any candidate who is found to be married or marries while under training will be discharged from service and shall be liable to refund full pay and allowances drawn by him/her and other expenditure incurred on the candidate by the Government
